Wildflower Pages

Full disclosure, I am NOT a fan of poetry. I have tried several different authors, and I usually find poetry confusing and unrelatable. A few months ago, I heard about Wildflower Pages on Chantel’s YouTube channel. I added the book to my to-read list and my Amazon birthday list, and my mom bought it for me! (Yay, thanks mom!) Here are the best things about this book of poetry:

·      These are faith-based poems.

·      They’re short.

·      They’re relatable.

·      They’re inspiring.

If you’ve never been a fan of poetry, I recommend this one! And if you love poetry, you’ll like it too! This book is also very giftable and pretty. Many of these poems would serve as great prompts for journaling or even conversation. It sounds cheesy, but I could easily see these poems as good conversation starters over a cup of coffee or tea with a friend. If you’re lacking inspiration check them out!

Audience: teens and older.

Usefulness Rating: This book is awe inspiring! That’s a special kind of useful.

Entertainment Value: This is heart-warming entertainment.

Good for Groups: While this book wouldn’t work well for a full fledged small group like many of the other books we recommend, it would be a sweet addition to conversation between close friends.
