Gracefully Grateful….

By: Ruthie Tanner

Today, I’m grateful for the simple things.

I haven’t always been able to say that.

Life has a way of reshaping and helping you get focused on the things that truly matter.

I’m GRATEFUL for my heritage.

Beautiful truth handed down from my parents, grandparents and great grandparents.

Recently I asked my 4 year old Granddaughter (who is 6th generation of truth) what she wanted for Christmas - without hesitation she replied “a Bible”, then quickly added “and diamonds.”

Nothing like honesty.

I’m GRATEFUL for a beautiful and comfortable place to call home.

I’m GRATEFUL for friends.

I’m GRATEFUL for my church.

I’m GRATEFUL for mercy and grace that’s new EVERY morning.

I’m GRATEFUL for my country.

No place like America…land that I love and

I’m GRATEFUL for freedom of worship.

I’m GRATEFUL for my family.

I’m GRATEFUL for making silly & sweet memories along life’s way with family and precious GRANDS.

From unicorn cookies to butterfly shaped PBJ sandwich.

I’m GRATEFUL for my GRANDS.

They just make life so much sweeter.

I’m GRATEFUL for the ministry of Following Titus 2.

When I received the invitation to join FT2 through Graceful Home I felt so honored.

Over the past 13 months there’s been a learning curve but its also a fun journey.

I’m grateful for each who have commented with kind words and shared with your friends.

Happy Thanksgiving friends-

Make memories this week that will bring smiles for your memory vault!

Thanks for visiting

Graceful Home.

❤️Ruthie
